Pilates

Our 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions are the best way for you to get to know movement within your body and learn great technique on our fabulous equipment. We will start with a full body assessment and will explain which corrective exercises will help you improve your posture and change your life!

We will then work out a full programme tailored to your individual needs.


Reformer Level 1

This is the perfect class for anyone new (or new-ish) that is looking for a slower pace to either learn technique in more detail or have a more relaxed session. Instructors pay greater attention to body position, hands on cuing (if required) and aid clients with transferring positions on the reformer. We also use Franklin balls to mobilise and wake the body before our practice begins.

Reformer Level 2

This is a more challenging class, with a moderate pace. Targeting all the muscles of the body, still a low impact workout and working on technique, but for those who have already mastered the basics and would like to notch things up a level.

Reformer Level 3

This class is for those clients who have gained experience in level one and two classes and are ready to progress to the next level. With a focus on a strong core and lots of dynamic full body flows, this is a class for those who have fully mastered reformer technique and are looking to elevate their practice to the next level. (this class is not suitable for people with medical pathologies).
